Add libraries API integration and move facebook-php-api to libraries folder.

Third-party libraries belong in the libraries folder. The following patch adds Libraries API support and looks for the facebook-php-sdk in the libraries folder, instead of in the module folder.

It also corrects errors in the facebook_stream.install file that would prevent this module from being included in an install profile.
