The 7.x version is actually just a copy of 6.x code. But no development has already been made to make it works with Drupal 7. I don't know exactly when I can do this. If you wanna help upgrading Priorities to Drupal 7, you're welcome.

Hi Gérald,

I am updating this module and removed all syntax errors while enabling this module for D7.
But,it's still showing SQL syntax errors while I enable this module.Please find the screenshot from the attachment.

Please consider this issue as priority issue because, it's an urgent issue for me.

I'm sorry but this module hasn't been ported to D7 and I don't have the resources to do it any time soon. Feel free to develop a D7 version.
