MySQL error on show block if not configured

Issue Summary

to reproduce:
- install and enable module
- DON'T CONFIGURE at admin/settings/taxonomy-ticker
- put block in a shown region

The MySQL error stops when you configure the module for a taxonomy of course

I fixed a bug which caused bad SQL syntax. For now, the patch has been commited to HEAD and DRUPAL-5 branches only, so you'll have to download the 5.x-1.x-dev snapshot to benefit.
