I own a construction referral business. We find work for residential, industrial, and commercial builders. I've used a real estate listing theme found at http://drupalrealestate.com. I'm using podio project management webforms to capture client queries.

Any comments on the sites look and feel would be appreciated. I'm mostly interested to know what I should add or remove from the site to make people want to use our builders.
