hello, is there any modules that allows user to make friends by searching all users, and only user friends can access to user posts like gallery and blogs.?

There are several modules which matcvhes your requirement some of the links mentioned below :

http://drupal.org/project/friendlist
you can also check http://drupal.org/project/cck_private_fields which limits particular field access restriction.
