It be nice not to link covers to outside web. Maybe there's a way to upload the cover using the internal funcionality of drupal and "automagicly" the movie node gets the photo. And same thing for the person nodes.

In other way.. add an extra field for genre...

I just finished adding a genre tagging functionality. For greater flexibility, i used the taxonomy tagging capabilities to tag movie genres.. look at the readme files for instructions to set it up.
The image uploading thingy is doable, i will look into it in the next few days..
I'll add an original title field as well.
