It looks like JW player module fails to transform the video tags placed in the body field when the paging module is in use. I've also opened an issue in their queue because I'm not really sure in which module lies the problem.

I'll setup this module on my local install and see if I can reproduce. I imagine there is a conflict resulting from the fact that both modules modify the node content directly.
