Have put up Paid Drupal Support - http://www.paiddrupalsupport.com site on Drupal 6.22. This site is hosted in Rackspace Cloud. We use Aegir for our Drupal 6.x sites on Rackspace Cloud.
Clients are given access to Helpdesk (Ticket System). They can submit tickets with screenshots and problem description and our team responds back within reasonable time-frame.
Layouts were designed by team at http://www.cogdina.com. Rest of the site functionality is like a typical brochure site.
