Empty slideshow appears when there is no content

Issue Summary

I've added an 'slideshow' imagefield to the 'page' content type and I have created a view that shows the content of this field for the current node using views_slideshow_ddblock. But when the field is empty (current page have no images attached), an empty slideshow is show. I expected it to simply don't render the block.

I have tried a lot of options in the view fields with no success (hide with empty, exclude from view, no label...).
