The recent revisions made between 6/14/2011 and 7/12/2011 all seem to be spam.
Is there anyway for group organizers to address this problem other than reverting the wiki and reporting the spammers to the webmasters issue queue?

gregglesUnfortunately there's not a great way to deal with these.
#1209268: Add VBO view of nodes edited by user, make it easy to delete revisions will help.
Can you link to all the user accounts that you feel are spamming? That will make it easy for me to block and delete their revisions.
