I have two sub-sites running in two separate Drupal installations as subdomains of the same domain. They are completely separate installations of Drupal, with separate code bases and separate databases.

My SEO people say they want a single sitemap.xml file to contain the links from both subdomains (and thus both Drupal installations).

Is there any way to configure XML Sitemap to combine the two?
