The installation instructions for the TinyMCE engine (or library ?) are different in the files INSTALL.txt and README.txt.

INSTALL.txt says install in modules/tinymce/tinymce.

README.txt says install in modules/tinymce/includes.

The latter is incorrect as far as I can tell.

modules/tinymce/tinymce is actually correct for the current 5.1 release. The previous release of 5.1 was very different. The current version is very similar to the 4.7 release in both features and file locations.

I've minimally fixed up the readme and install and made them the same for HEAD and 5.x dev.
