When going to the default domain options form, the 'force default' is checked by default, however this default setting doesn't appear in the 'variable' table in the DBMS until I click the 'Save' botton. Hence, when the url_rewrite function is called, the 'force default' option appears 'false'.

I expect the variable to be written into the DB during the installation.
