We have a site with 3 languages. We have enabled both "Limit search to current language by default" and "Limit search to current language could be disabled by user". The current language search works fine, but nothing happens when the users ticks "Search all languages" nothing appears to change ie) the result is the same.

Issue is caused by apachesolr module itself.
works in 7.x-1.x using this patch: https://drupal.org/node/1759004#comment-6405900
