This looks like a great module! I'm interested in using it for an upcoming project, but have a couple of questions first: Is it possible that it could (or does it already) run on cron, so that new content is automatically tagged? Also, how would it handle thousands of nodes? Does it process a certain number at a time?

In my user case I'm thinking of having a large vocabulary of tags - would this cause performance issues or is that side of it handled by search indexing?
