I have set up a webform in my webpage with the validation that only 1 submit was accepted per user. All users received a warning that they had already filled a form. In fact, only the first anon user was accepted the rest were rejected. I had to remove the check. If I start receiving spam I will activate a captcha, but this check should be corrected to get it working.

Were all the users behind the same firewall or on the same network? Anonymous users are checked by IP address, logged in users are checked by username.

Check these three entries. None of them were able to submit their webform:

An anonymous user with IP address 80.37.29.185 attempted to submit more entries than allowed on
An anonymous user with IP address 85.91.80.132 attempted to submit more entries than allowed on
An anonymous user with IP address 190.30.211.95 attempted to submit more entries than allowed on

The configuration was set to 1 submit ever.

Title: Submit validation not working » Submit validation not working - Me too
Version: 5.x-1.x-dev » 5.x-1.4

Using 1.4 I'm having the same problem - only one anonymous user can submit a form if it's set to only allow one per respondent. It seems to treat all anonymous users as the same person.
