I've noticed that when using the Garland theme with the color.module two theme related CSS files are imported on the page's output:

  1. themes/garland/style.css
  2. files/color/garland-e7f7dd01/style.css

The contents of these files are basically identical, why is the "themes/garland/style.css" loaded when a color-specific generated one is loaded from the color.module?

Considering the age of this issue with no comments and that Drupal 5 is no longer supported, I'm closing this ticket.
