how do i use this module?

i have enabled the following modules:
1. leech
2. nodetemplate
3. url_filter

i changed the names of the tables created during installation so i dont get any more errors when i use any of the templates.
i created the page.
i created the template.
i create the url_profile ..under condition i wrote an arbitrary variable name. eg. variable=drupal
do i have to put the quotes?
i forced cron.php to run immediately
and nothing at all under "all feeds" menu item nor on the front page (which is set in my template)
where am i going wrong?

I am not the maker of this module, but I use it and figured I would try to help. My inital suspicion is that there may be a problem with the feed itself, as you appear to have gone through all the correct steps (though I've never had to rename my tables to use templates). Do you get content from this feed when aggregating from another viewer? (i.e. Firefox, or the built in news aggregator module) I'm assuming you read the documentation in the module directory (README.txt). Does your PHP install include CURL? (Leech install checks for this) Did you enable the template content type for Leech under Admin / Content types? That's some things to start with. Let me know if none of this helps.

before i start with all the confirmations .. i have the localisation module and i m not clear which version now supports localisation. i have upgrade to the dev module for this month.

systeminfo.module say i have curl extension in php
table rename coz i use a prefix in my tables
content-type - enable leech yes

my feeds are . arabic bbc, cnn digg - i know all three work coz i have seen them in action .. arabic bbc is in my aggregator, cnn from google news, digg from devseed.

none work.
i have a question
what do i put in "condition"?
for each feed i put its name .. for example cnn.com i put cnn so that it confirms this is the correct feed. if i leave it blank the feed disappears.

also, does the clickable "refresh" do the same thing as the cron job? ie. get the feed and parses it?

my third night's attempt with leech
i tried to closely follow the readme in modules/leech today.

this time when i edited the template i found a new option below the text box. it was called leech.. when i entered a url for the rss, the advance options would open up with the basic url to the main site and if there is a logo for the site .. it would also automatically get it.
changing the refresh et al. i then hit preview
source url is blank in preview but source url for rss is there so i went and hit the submit button on the template's edit page.
if i later edit it again .the urls are gone.

furthermore, no where does it say i have to use url_fiter in the readme file

Marafa,
Would you be able to take a screenshot of the options available under leech when creating a new page, including the url's you're trying to leech. I would like to try and replicate on my end.
