ADMINISTER option is not accessible....after installing this module!

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 12582912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 23040 bytes) in /.automount/delorean.cis.ksu.edu/root/exports/home/grads/sun12k/public_html/drupal-5.1/modules/system/system.install on line 1496
the above error is what i receive when i try yo manage my drupal site's ADMINISTER option after adding this IMCE and IMCE Gallery modules
Can any one help me out....
