Existing Kaltura client libs bundled with module do not provide for configurable timeouts. Occasionally (eg new client registration) the Kaltura server is not able to respond as quickly as the timeout allows for. Updated client libs provide for this setting.

#1034096: Increase timeout for Kaltura save operations suggests increasing timeouts for some operations, eg saving to Kaltura.
