Good spotting. A simple fix. Line in info file needs to be changed to configure = admin/config/search/seochecklist.

Not sure why this hasn't been actioned yet. In case you're waiting on a patch, I've attached one.

+1 for this patch. It was unclear for me where the SEO list was... so I went to admin/modules and clicked "configure" next to the module, but that didn't help (wrong path) and confused me even more.
