I have the latest CKEditor installed and it works fine everywhere, including with Garland as admin theme, but as soon as I set my admin theme to RootCandy, my CKEditor toolbar disappears. I have compared JS versions, etc. and all seems fine. Why and how does RootCandy kill my CKEditor menu?

I can't replicate this in the latest dev version and never had any issues on other clients websites.
Using the latest CKeditor module.
Are there any JS issues in the console log?
Any specific settings you have for CKeditor?
