Release notes

- Added new options: “dirname”, “dirtitle”, “filename”, and “filetitle”.
- Added .descript.ion support (see #1184560: Parse descript.ion file for metainformation).
- Removed “extensions” option. You can now accomplish this with the new “filename” option, e.g., filename=”%basename”.
- Token is now required.
