I changed to the html5 player option for youtube videos so that they would play on ipad and it worked in my chrome/firefox browsers but videos show up blank on ipad. I had to switch to the flash-based player which of course wont play video on the page, it redirects you to a youtube app. Any ideas?

This won't work for me either. I've gone into the settings and selected "Use the HTML5 player instead of the Flash-based" but it makes no difference- there's just a blank space on the iPad
