The feature added at #1219150: Add support for minumum facet counts requires a positive integer, however there is a use case at http://www.lucidimagination.com/search/ that shows an interesting effect with a mincount of 0. See attached screenshot. It might be useful to allow a "0" mincount if enough other backends support it.
