Hey

I really like this theme. Im looking at creating menus just like you have on your example site. (http://ichris.ws/drupal/themes/glossyblue) e.g archieve, bio, news..

Now ive used drupal alot recently but am completly confused on how i get menus up there. Sorry to ask a stupid question as its probally very simple but could you advise me on how to do it.

You can easily add menus to the top by going to the admin section, then choose menus, then look for a menu called primary links. Any link that you add there will automatically be added to the top

This can be done by adding items to primary links as fabio1 advised.
