I've just built the beta3 version.
When I try to install the profile, I stumble upon a blank screen with the following error message: Call to undefined function content_taxonomy_allowed_values() in /var/www/recruiter/recruiter/recruiter/modules/taxonomy/taxonomy.module on line 1264.

Got nearly the same error on trying to add a job:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function content_taxonomy_allowed_values() in /var/www/vhosts/xxx/xxx/modules/taxonomy/taxonomy.module on line 1288
