How can i use my panelstyle on the login form?

There isn't currently a system page to override the user/login page, though there IS a patch for the 6.x version to do this. This is unfortunately known to be a shortcoming. The login page is actually quite simple, too.

You can probably work around this, somewhat, by using Panels Everywhere which would allow you to place a template around the user login page. It's not as good, but could get you going.

Cannot seem to find the documentation when clicking on "known issues" from http://drupal.org/project/panels which takes me to http://drupalcode.org/project/panels.git/blob/refs/heads/7.x-3.x:/KNOWN_...

Am I looking in the wrong place?
