The per path activation is nice, but is still crude. Since the majority of the most people's content would not contain math, a per tag activation is more desirable, so for example only posts tagged with "math" will activate MathJax.

And a "per content type" would be good as well. Maybe even better as you won't forget to set it which may happen with a tag.

I may include easily the "per content type" setting if you really need it. I never worked with tags but patches are more than welcome! :)

How about "per input format"? MathJax will only load to specified input format. Users with no permission to that input format cannot use MathJax. In the present setup, Anonymous can use MathJax when they comment on a page with activated MathJax.
