A minor change to help with ease of use. Adds State/Province, City, Street address, Apartment/Suite number examples to the .install file. Column descriptions are used in the Feeds mapping legend. Helps (IMHO) to make the Feeds importer setup process slightly simpler.

In the current dev feeds integration is disabled, forgot when I made the original patch that I had to enable the addressfield.feeds.inc file in the first place.
