Hello, I would like to pay someone to build a primary menu system like the one on http://www.latimes.com/. This would be for a D7 version of the existing site: http://174.132.195.130/~leadinc/ . The menu would look exactly like the one the existing site, except it would show, on hover, the underlying secondary menu, like on latimes.com.

Please let me know about your pertinent experience and give me a bid. Thanks.

The superfish module does this out of the box. http://drupal.org/project/superfish
