Hi,

it would be nice to have a way to confirm the email address in a generic form.. When this is enabled, the form submit should be something set by this module, so that the data is saved (in the DB?) until the email(s) can be confirmed. Once that happens, the module what would be the original submit function (same that's used when module_exists(email__confirm) is false).

Just an idea...

I think the architecture of the module is reasonable and this proposal is not a strong improvement that merits exploring at this time, so closing this issue. Please reopen if you feel there's more to discuss.
