In these modern days of web development with clouds just about everywhere, it's essential that Cufón can be loaded from a remote URL instead of from the server that Drupal runs on.

This patch adds the ability to provide a remote (absolute) URL, e.g. http://cufon.shoqolate.com/js/cufon-yui.js, which, if given, will be used instead of any local Cufón JavaScript file.
