"end" column not allowed in PostgreSQL

"end" is a reserved word in PostgreSQL, i.e. the installation fails (table cannot be created) and thus the module cannot be used with PostgreSQL. I recommend renaming the columns "start" and "end" to "startdate" and "enddate", respectively.
