Support disabled checkboxes

While VBO currently doesn't check access to entities beforehand, custom code may still do so and disable checkboxes for rows the user should be disallowed to perform actions upon. However, VBO's own javascript overrides the browser's behavior and blindly toggles the checkbox when clicking anywhere in a row, or when using the select-all checkbox.
