I wake my computer from hibernation. There are no browsers active. I fire up IE and see at my site that I am apparently already logged in. There is however no admin-menu option so I cannot get inside. I try to login. My username/pasww is refused, but now I see that I am logged in twice. I can however still not get in.

Why is this and how can I solve this. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I restarted the computer and started up both IE and FF. In both programs I am still logged in, but in IE the Admin menu is missing, in FF it is there. So to me it looks like an IE problem. Any explanations?

Try to flush your cookies and close IE and retry login.

If this doesn't work try to install an alternative web browser like opera or firefox and log in.

Firefox that has a similar problem: when I log out the admin option disappears as it should but I am still mentioned as an online user!

Have removed the site specific cooky in FF. Doesnt make a difference.
