As anyone heard or has experience with http://www.eukhost.com/ as a hosting company for drupal site?

Many hosting companies do support major CMSs like Drupal, Joomla, Mambo etc. In case of the above mentioned company www.eukhost.com you can contact them through live chat on their website and can get more details on this from themself.

Dont know about them but just opened an account with 600host.net and they do - they've got fantastico to install scripts like that with

Hello Jeremy,

eUKhost includes Drupal with Fantastico which is included for free with cpanel hosting service. If you are a windows user then you need to contact the phone support or livechat support staff to confirm. best option is to contact sales department to get detailed information.

As per my knowledge you should prefer to install Drupal from Fantastico to make upgrade process easy and secure.

Personally I'd avoid auto-installers like Fantastico. My host tells me that you can't upgrade your Drupal with it (or perhaps you can, but not in a way that runs the risk of damaging your existing site). Drupal site owners in my view should take the hard manual way - so that they know what to do when security patches are released. If you have to use an auto-installer because you can't install manually, it is advisable to get someone in to help!

You may not like it, but most of the customers, I have found, like one click installation provided through fantastico. They loved to use it as I had observed.
