I want this feature to work especially for an "Add new comment" link inside a "frontpage" view (configured using views' fields)...

i dont tried this out with comments but with teaser links and i have added class=colorbox and rel=iframe ...either manually in the relevant template or in the "output field as a link" settings for this field.

Colorbox does not support forms.
