I m using shared Godaddy hosting for a drupal installation. Godaddy supports says that IMAP cannot be activated on the shared server (some policy issue).
Is there a way to install the uc_ticket module without the IMAP functionality (i know the module will loose a lot of its functionality, but still ).
Or can we / how can we use the google apps IMAP or POP for activating uc_ticket for the site.
My site is small and I m not ready to spend on dedicated servers just so that IMAP can be added. And also for a long time I have been using the google apps emailing system for my website for the very familiar look and features of Gmail + it has an option in setting for pop, smtp and IMAP.
Please look into it if its possible. A patch would be grate! Thanks
