Loading forever

Issue Summary

Once installed and re-installed and re-installed again following all of the previous suggestions in the other bug reports for version 6+ I still have only a continuous loading chat box.....:(

While using FireBug in FireFox the following response was given to the GET request from chat.js

GET http://alott.idsi.com/sites/all/modules/bowob/bowob.php?type=3&name=1&av...

response:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function _system_rebuild_theme_data() in xxxxx/includes/theme.inc on line 615

Hi,

I solved this for my site by checking and amending my chmod and chown settings for bowob.php

Hope this is of use to someone else .....

and those setting are?? really we are all happy that you figured it out and came you to post that you did with out giving the full solution!

that file should have 644 permissions.

check that yr bowob config on their site is pointing to the right file and clear your caches both on the site and on your computer. might help. otherwise uninstall completely redownload/upload original files and install it again.

make sure bowob servers arent down because thats the case at the moment.
