This patch is to allow the admin to include the twilio.php (or any) filename in the configuration. It lets the user use other libraries if necessary.

chrisrockwell commented@christianchristensen I'm trying to clean up the issue queue. I'm going to postpone this one for now since I'd like to know if others find this useful; however, I think that supporting other libraries is outside the scope of this module and requesting it be put in libraries/ is an accepted best practice.
