In general, you can keep them off the front page by administering the "userlink" content type. When a non-Admin user submits a node, it will follow the rules set up in the content types. Check out the workflow default options, and ensure that "Promoted to front page" is unchecked.

If you are the Admin, you can unpublish each post from the front page individually.
