We have just relaunched our client's site http://www.brilliance.com. They are a retailer of certified loose diamonds and other jewelry. Now customers can easily search their inventory using the the "Diamond Search Tool". A Live Chat feature has also been added. I do believe we've taken all the bugs out but let me know that you think, comments and criticisms are welcome!

Great work on the new site. Would love to see a write up on the build, particularly on how the search tool was implemented.

Just noticed that the price range input fields on /diamond-search reset to the default values once the focus is off.
(Using Firefox 3.6.6. Haven't tested it on other browsers.)

I can see heavily usage of panels......then some custom coding to connect diamond search with views......
