How to create a form for emailing politicians

I build websites for community campaigns. I have a Take Action page where folks can get active and contact politicians and the media.

What I need is a basic web form to "Email the Minister" - where users can choose where the email goes - ie a letter to the editor; or an email to various government departments.

I've tried using "Citizenspeak", but it seems incompatible with 5.1.

Does anyone out there in Drupal-land have a suggestion...?
