Hi!

Have been using the Danland theme during the development of a website and i love the theme. Simple and with the functions we require and easy to edit.

But during this whole time i have been experiencing a slow initial loading of the frontpage. it takes 10-20 seconds before the site loads and you can browse it. Anyone else experiencing this or knows how to fix it?

Hi,

How about any module used? try clear the cache and optimize the CSS and JS. It should only load the slide images.

Could a module slow down this much? Tried to clear the cache, but optimizing the css "removes" all backgrounds and makes the page look awfull.. optimizing the js makes the text editor disapear..

Could it have something do to with the slideshow viewer? Read that somewhere..
