date picker

I was wondering if you would possibly know of how to integrate the calendar systems with the Date module`s Date picker, or any other date picker modules?

basically my use case is that I would like to be able to see the Persian calendar show the correct persian months in the date picker so the users can actually pick the dates...

any help or pointers would be much appreciated,
