Where is the search bar? I have looked in the block page, and checked all of the blocks, yet I still can't find it.

Hello,
Please check if the 'Search' module in /admin/build/modules is enabled or not, if not enable it. Now, you may find 'Search form' block in your /admin/build/block. Enable this block in any region of your choice.
