Please help with building my website ( Language Exchange community )!

Hello,
I was reading a lot a few days ago but every article I have read or video I have watched

didn't help me much to do what I need I have learned a lot about Drupal but I still can't do

what I need so I will try to describe what i need exactly in details provided with links and

pictures to get the whole idea about what I'm trying to do ( Sorry for my English :D ).

I'm trying to build a language exchange community to share languages with friends what I

mean exactly lets say my native language is ( Arabic ) and I want to learn ( English ) there

is another person his native language is ( English ) and he want to learn ( Arabic ).

( Sorry for my long introduction ).

What I will use as examples from this website http://www.interpals.net/

My problems is:

1- I want to create two dropdown dependent fields first one is for choosing your language and

second one for your level and there is a button for adding many languages as you wish

depending on how many languages you can speak as you can see in next picture:

Note:
Don't tell me use CCK with ( conditional fields + dependent fields ) I have gave it a try it

didn't give me the functionality I want.

2- If I have the above functionality in my website I would like when I choose my language

and my level will look like this in my profile:

As you can see this is my profile at that website what I need exactly as you can see the

language name is a url path for the people who speaks that language too and the level of my

language is a picture with my level.

Note:
Don't tell me use ( Page title ) that is provided with core profiles in Drupal 6 it's do

what I need about url path and group the people who speaks that language in one page but

what I need complex than that and this feature not included with Drupal 7 so I will not use

it.

3- I need a page that have all the languages and the number of the members that is

registered for each language and the languages is url paths too so I can click on it and see

all the people can speaks that language as you can see at next link:

4- I want to show blocks that contain the members who speaks the language you want to learn.

Finally there is a lot of things I want to do but this is the features have to be done in

the first this is the basic of my website I know I'm asking to much but really I'm despaired

I don't know what to do I finished reading ( Drupal 6 Social Networking ) and I have started

with ( Pro Drupal Development Second.Edition ) but I'm not familiar with coding but if I

have to do some coding I'll be happy to start learn PHP programming if you suggest that and

if there is no way to do that without coding a module.

But I hope to point me to the topics I have to learn like if I have to learn Drupal ( Field

API ) or Forms API or what ever.
