Checking for uniqueness of fields wen editing and using FUpload for image in cck image field

i hew installed
Unique field 6.x-1.4
Drupal core 6.22
Image FUpload 6.x-3.0-rc2
ImageField 6.x-3.9

I make one nod witch unique field nod TITLE
put a file field - image in this nod witch unrestricted upload (not limited quantity)

after many pictures a upload , nod is saving
everything is ok

den wen i wont to edit this node and add more pictures i have this error

but I do not want to add new content
i wont only add new photos
