I have set themekey node:type=blog set to garland but it does not work on my D7.

I have enabled all themes for themekey.

Navigating to mysite.com/blog does not change the theme.

What could be the problem ?

Enable module ThemeKey Debug and turn on "Trace theme switching ..." to help us finding the problem.
